In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Law”), the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter “Regulations”) and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 17, 2013 (hereinafter the “Guidelines”) and other applicable provisions, RECAL ESTRUCTURAS SA DE CV, its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter “RECAL”) informs the user of the website www.recalglobal.com, (hereinafter the “User”), its Privacy Notice regarding the use and protection of the information of the natural or legal persons who communicate through mail, telephone, whatsapp or any other electronic, oral or written means with RECAL, and who fill in forms in which personal information is collected or who enter the aforementioned website .

For all purposes related to this Privacy Notice, RECAL is responsible for the treatment and can be located at its address located at Carretera a la Capilla Km 1., 5, San José del Castillo, C.P. 45685, El Salto, Jalisco, Mexico; making this Privacy Notice available to the User, under the following terms:

  1. Personal data. The personal data that RECAL GLOBAL may collect include (I) names, surnames, addresses, telephones, emails, Federal Taxpayers Registry, CURP, information on payment methods; (II) all the information that the user has provided and / or provides throughout the contractual or commercial relationship established; (III) those personal data and those related to the services that RECAL provides in the fulfillment of its obligations, whether due to the provision of the service, the commercialization of products, administrative and other services in general (hereinafter and jointly referred to as “ Services”).
  2. Processing of personal data. The personal information provided by the User will be used only to provide services related, but not limited to, the sale of RECAL products and services.
